The Programs

All of our training programs except for Change 13 are structured at 12 weeks. Through years of research and practical application, we have found that 12 weeks is the optimal time for you to commit to a specific program and get great results.

Results are dependant on your starting point, and there is nothing stopping you from completing one training program, taking a short rest, and then going back to it to further enhance your results.

We have 4 main programs lasting 12 weeks. This is effectively giving you 1 YEARS worth of training! Now this is reality speaking. Once you have a good solid year of training under your belt, you will be one serious human being.
