This is about getting strong! Strong in the basic lifts as well as getting you to do your first full press up, dips and pull ups.

The program is structured around meeting the above criteria and training towards getting you strong both for everyday life and for unseen events.

The cardio element will come in the form of HIIT to give you the best of both worlds.
