A hard hitting, sweat drenching, heart pumping boxing class consisting of heavy bag combinations, Mayweather style pad-work, technical boxing and unique bodyweight exercises to get you punching like Tyson and feeling like Floyd.
This class is the ultimate boxing class.
With a wide range you can be sure that all the key elements of boxing are covered.

8 Week Fight Camp
Want to take on the ultimate test of boxing!
This intensive 8 week program will take you through all the elements of boxing. You will be taught the basics of footwork, conditioning, defence, sparring, countering and various knock out combinations to leave your opponent on the canvas.
You get 3 sessions included which are 2 class and 1 technical session. The technical session includes the elements you need to fight
- counter attacking
On the 8th week you will now be ready to have your first fight!
